The unit is 100m to Oxford Street and all the pubs, clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants along the busy strip. Not to mention a Post Office, 2 supermarkets,  internet cafes, many banks, buses to and from the city and all the Eastern suburb beaches; Bondi, Bronte, Coogee, Maroubra and Tamarama just to name a few. There are also buses to Bondi Junction and the home of one of Australia's biggest retail shopping centres (malls) - Westfield Bondi Junction.
