These are our 2, 3 and 4 week Melbourne rates, for peak and off peak times. These Melbourne rates are valid and current as at 29 October, 2009 until further notice and are subject to change at any time. The rate applicable to your booking will be at the time of your deposit, and will be confirmed on your deposit receipt.

Peak weekly Melbourne rates - November to April
Minimum charge is 2 weeks - unless there is a gap of less than 2 weeks.

Rates increase by 4% for bookings arriving after January 1, 2010. Please enquire about our reduced 5 + week rates.

Rental amounts are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the number of days staying in Peak or Off-Peak periods. Rates include all gas, water and electricity charges for up to 2 people. Each additional person, or child is $50 per week or part thereof. Higher rates apply for corporate enquiries, or if anyone staying is under 25 years old.

Off peak weekly Melbourne rates - May to October
Minimum charge is 2 weeks - unless there is a gap of less than 2 weeks.

For Spring Racing Carnival, Australian Tennis Open, Australian Grand Prix and Easter an additional 20% applies for bookings of between 2-3 weeks. If a period of 3 weeks or more is booked, normal rates will apply.
