About the location
   Within 5 minutes walk from the apartment is Southbank precinct, 700m is the
   new Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, 400m is Crown Casino
   and within 1 km is Melbourne Central shopping centre, Melbourne city’s
   largest shopping centre. In Melbourne Central you can shop, dine,
   buy groceries, see a movie – everything you need is at Melbourne Central.
   In addition, a Coles supermarket is just 300m at Southern Cross Station.

   The unit is only 300m to Southern Cross Station and the bus to the
   airport also departs from Southern Cross Station and travels directly to the
   Melbourne Airport Domestic & International Terminals.

   Almost outside your door is Melbourne’s FREE City Circle Tram (about a 
   20 metre walk). The City Circle Tram is a free service around central
   Melbourne. The tram takes passengers past major attractions such as the
   Old Treasury Building, Parliament House, Princess Theatre, Flinders Street
   Station and Docklands and links with other tram, train and light rail services.
   Trams run in both directions every 12 minutes, seven days a week between
   10am and 6pm (except Christmas Day and Good Friday), and during daylight-
   saving extended hours, 10am to 9pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
